• Leadership: Brainstorm and ideate on innovations in the genAI space, taking end-to-end ownership of features from concept to launch.
• Engineering: Construct design docs for devs and leverage Figma MCP and Claude Code to accelerate design-to-development handoff and test different approaches 10x faster.
• Design Team: Build custom Figma plugins to streamline workflows and document a comprehensive web-based design system reference for on-brand AI-assisted (vibe coded) design at speed.

At Weel, I built a scalable design system from the ground up and led a full UI overhaul to a modern B2B SaaS design language using shadcn, significantly elevating product quality and consistency. I leveraged AI-assisted workflows (Figma MCP + Claude Code) to rapidly ideate and ship AI agent experiences, mentored a junior designer, and owned the redesign of Weel's web presence end-to-end across discovery, prototyping, and delivery.

At Elite IT, I worked on the end-to-end redesign of the company's website and built its internal design system, reducing design-to-development turnaround by ~40%. I spearheaded the product redesign of Trixite (a Hofy-like platform), modernized the legacy Fabric CRM into a web-based UI for PDQ Textiles, and designed an interactive VR/AR experience for Freightoscope on Meta Quest 3, partnering closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders.

Acting as Lead Product Designer, I've driven 0→1 design for 6+ MVPs across fintech, healthcare, edtech, AI, and the creator economy — including ShareEase (expense splitting), Kollab (influencer marketing), ExpertMock (AI interview prep), Clinio (telehealth), Saadat (charity), and Unify (student mentoring). I own the full product design lifecycle — discovery, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi UI, prototyping, and handoff — and partner with founders and engineers to ship faster while maintaining consistent design foundations across products.

Worked on PreMed.PK's MVP for Medical School in Pakistan called 'medschool.pk', designed the brand's identity and logo, and developed the design system. PreMed.PK was later featured on Shark Tank Pakistan.

At Syslify, I worked on the frontend for an AWS WAF Viewer and the company's internal product, Deal Pakki, a C2C marketplace, and collaborated with designers to develop the UI for the MVP.

Clinio is an EU-based healthcare platform focused on connecting patients with medical practitioners while maintaining privacy through blockchain technology.

ExpertMock is an interview preparation assistant designed to help you excel in your next interview. It offers mock interviews evaluated by technical recruiters and self-assessment interviews assessed by AI.

ShareEase is a mobile app that aims to smooth out the process of splitting the bill, saving users from "awkward conversations about money".
